PRINTING YOUR TICKET
To print your ticket, make sure you have a printer (with sufficient ink). Tickets must be printed on blank white A4 paper. You will need to present your printed ticket to gain access to the Verdun Memorial, Fort Douaumont and Fort de Vaux. Any partially printed and/or illegible ticket will not be accepted and will be considered invalid. To check the quality of your document, make sure the barcodes are correctly printed.
You can also use your smartphone or tablet to show your ticket at the entrance to each site.
I've lost my ticket, can I print it again?
Yes, you can re-issue your ticket in PDF format. Please note, however, that the ticket can only be used once. Keep it carefully to avoid loss or theft.
PAYMENT
The payment methods accepted on the online ticketing service are credit cards from the following networks: MasterCard, Visa, Carte Bleue, American Express. These are the only methods of payment accepted for your purchases on the online ticketing service.
I have a problem paying for my order, the system tells me "payment refused".
- Check that you have entered your credit card details correctly.

What are the payment security guarantees?
The Verdun Memorial - Battlefield online ticketing service uses a secure payment site, PayZen. To ensure the security of your purchases, the site is equipped with the SSL (Secure Socket Layer - and 3D Secure) encryption protocol and the new "Verified by Visa" and "MasterCard securecode" card authentication control standards to prevent fraudulent use of your bank card by third parties.

Click on the "Forgot your password? Enter the e-mail address associated with your customer account, click on the "Send e-mail" button and you will receive a new password by e-mail. You can change it at any time in the "My account" section.
Invoices for my orders
We advise you to keep and print your order confirmation email. It serves as your invoice. You can also consult the history of your online purchases in the "My orders" section.
Is my personal data protected?
The Verdun Memorial - Battlefield stores and protects your personal data. Under no circumstances may your personal data be transferred to a third party. USE OF TICKETS
I have not been able to use / will not be able to use my ticket before the expiry date. What should I do?
As indicated in the General Terms and Conditions, tickets are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
I would like to offer tickets for the Verdun Memorial and/or Douaumont Fort and/or Vaux Fort. Is this possible?
Yes, although the ticket is nominative, it can be transferred to a third party who respects the same conditions of use of the ticket.
I would like to come with a group of more than 20 people. What should I do?

ACCESS
When is my ticket valid?
A ticket is valid up to and including 4 January 2025 (date of annual closure of the three sites). You can use your ticket from the date of purchase until that date.
Our opening times and closing days

The Verdun Memorial will be closed on 27 November 2024. The Douaumont and Vaux forts remain open on these three dates.
From 5 February to 29 March 2024: open every day from 9.30 am to 5.30 pm (from 10 am for the Douaumont and Vaux forts)
From 30 March to 22 September 2024: open every day from 9.30 am to 6.30 pm (from 10 am for the Douaumont and Vaux forts)
From 23 September 2024 to 4 January 2025: open every day from 9.30 am to 5.30 pm (from 10 am for the Douaumont and Vaux forts)

Are the three sites accessible to people with reduced mobility?
The Verdun Memorial and Fort of Vaux are accessible to people with reduced mobility. Only a part of the visit to Fort of Douaumont is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Are dogs allowed in all three sites?
Dogs are allowed in the Douaumont and Vaux forts but not in the Verdun Memorial.

I'm a member of the military / I'm under 18 / I'm a student... how can I get a discount?
The online ticketing service offers these discounts. Please check that you have the appropriate document, which will be requested at each checkpoint.
